We were eating at a Japanese restaurant once, the kind where the chef cooks in front of you. As we were having shrimp tossed into our mouths, we realized these flavors are amazing. And where do amazing flavors belong? On a pizza, naturally.
We take the classic flavors of hibachi cooking, including chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, zucchini, onions, fried rice and several sauces to create a pizza with layers of complex flavor.
